This department will also ensure that institutional capacity is developed at every governmental institution to ensure a culture of peace and rapid development is achieved and maintained. Also this concept will spare no effort in allowing governments or special groups the ability to railroad their personal agendas and promote conflict. In this regard, it will act as a negotiation body for governments.
It must be noted; that fast and adequate attention and the will to deal with potential conflicts are essential in an effort to secure deeper confidence in systems thus both governments and individuals will find this approach meaningful towards a general and mutually beneficial end.
